Aperture 1.5

Apple released Aperture 1.5 at Photokina in Germany today.

The updated application sports a range of new features including, new, “flexible” library management, improved integration with iLife and iWork, advanced colour controls, automatic metadata export, metadata and adjustment presets, an improved Loupe tool, and new edge sharpening capabilities.

I haven’t had much opportunity to play with Aperture, but I did get some hands on time at NAB. I liked the experience, though I know some people were highly critical of the application in its 1.0 incarnation.
