New Season

VFCPUG is thrilled to be returning from summer hiatus with a very special event Larry Jordan will once again be our guest of honour at the first meeting of the season, Thursday 04 October 2007.

Larry is in town for the 2007 leg of his “PowerUp Final Cut Studio Tour” and he’s been busy updating the content since his last visit to include the very latest in hardware and software developments. He will be presenting 3 separate seminars over the course of 2 days, 05 and 06 October, at Emily Carr Institute. Each presentation covers a different aspect of FCS features, techniques and workflow. Those of you who have seen Larry in action before can testify to the amount of information he packs into each seminar and what a pleasure it is to hear him speak.

The meeting on Thursday 04 October is your opportunity to hear him speak for free — Larry will be presenting his thoughts on the Final Cut Studio 2 and will be participating in our Q&A session. The event will get underway at 7:30pm (doors open at 7) at Emily Carr Institute on Granville Island.
