10.4.10

Last week Apple released the latest update to Mac OS X. 10.4.10 includes a range of “improvements” including a fix for Bluetooth headset preferences, RAW support for a number of recent digital cameras, compatibility with Mathematica 6, USB reliability with third-party devices. Amongst the items listed as “other”, fixes for an issue could caused dropped frames while importing video and a problem with Motion that could cause corruption of textures if VRAM was full, are probably of most interest and relevance to FCS folk.

As with other recent updates Mac OS X 10.4.10 is available in a variety of flavours, so while it is available via direct download, if you’re not certain which version you require it’s probably better to use Software Update. New versions include:
