Yesterday I took a trip out to visit some folks at UBC and a representative of BrightSide Technologies, makers of High Dynamic Range (HDR) displays.

Though BrightSide have been around for a little while and have exhibited at numerous trade shows, I hadn’t managed to see their technology up close before. I have to say, their DR37-P was mighty impressive. And this is just the start. If you happen across one of their demos in the coming months you should definitely make a point of checking them out. I’m certainly hoping that this will be the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
