Red Giant Software, have added Magic Bullet Colorista to their line-up of popular plug-ins. There are versions for a range of host applications including FCP (5.1.2), Motion, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Avid.

Though the site doesn’t mention it explicitly the FCP and Motion version of the plug-in would appear to be based on FxPlug as it supports true 32-bit colour space.

If you’re looking for a colour correction solution beyond the tools built in to the current version of FCP while you wait to see what Apple do with their purchase of Final Touch, at US$199 Magic Bullet Colorista may be a solution to consider.
