In the Saddle
After a summer spent in one edit suite or another and on the road, I’m about to begin a month of back-to-back Apple Certification courses. I’ve learnt a lot over the last few months and I’m really looking forward to sharing some of my experiences, the good, the bad and the ugly! First up is the new, 5-day FCP 200: A Comprehensive Study of FCP 6, which begins this coming Monday. There are still a few places available, if you’d like to update your abilities, broaden your knowledge of the software, and gain official recognition for your skills with Final Cut Pro.
The course costs $1450 + GST, which includes a copy of Diana Weynand’s new book, Final Cut Pro 6 - Professional Editing with Final Cut Studio 2 with all the lesson files and tutorial media, as well as the associated FCP 6 Level 1 exam.
The course runs 24-28 September 2007 and registration is currently open.
Please use the contact form to reach me for additional details on how to sign-up and receive the special 10% VFCPUG price for individual courses.
This course will be followed by the revised FCP Level 2 course which will runs the following week (01-03 October) and leads up to Larry Jordan’s arrival in Vancouver, 04 October.
