While DVD Studio Pro may not have seen the same kind of updates as the other FCS applications, there’s still a tremendous amount to learn about the many functions offered by the software. In fact I recently used it to create the promotional disc for Centigrade and the production team were stunned at how professional and complete the results were. For those of you eager to learn more about DVD Studio Pro or perhaps interested in pursuing Final Cut Studio Master Certification, Emily Carr Institute is offering a 3-day, hands-on Apple Certified DVDSP course in a couple of weeks.

The upcoming DVD Studio Pro 101, is scheduled 10-12 December and costs $1075+GST, which includes the fee for the Level 1 certification exam and the Apple Pro Training Series: DVD Studio Pro 4 book.
